Paranormal 超常
The term "Paranormal 超常" has been used as early as Chapter 1, citing the "dawn of the Paranormal era". It has been translated into various different terms, including exceptional, extraordinary and finally, paranormal, in the "Paranormal Liberation Front 超常解放戦線", established in Chapter 240.
Without the advent of the extraordinary Paranormal, humanity would be enjoying interstellar travel right now.

Character Names
Iida Family 飯田
The Iida family name is localized as Ida in the English translation. Both Tensei and Tenya's names are puns on Idaten (韋駄天), the Japanese name for the deity Skanda/Kartikeya/Wei Tuo. Ingenium's agency is named Team Idaten as well.
Water Horse ウォーターホース

The Water Horse team were Kota Izumi's parents and Pro Heroes that lost their lives defending a village from Muscular, a villain with Muscle Augmentation Quirk.
Their team name was wrongly localized into Water Hose in all English translations. The intended name was eventually revealed in the official character book Ultra Archive. The horse emblem on their Hero costume is another hint on the intended name.

All For One's doctor mentioned that they obtained the Hyper-Regeneration Quirk 5 years too late after he asked the doctor to hurry up and fix his body. This line was translated in the official English version as the doctor claiming it'll take another 5 years to achieve Hyper-Regeneration.
If only we obtained Hyper-Regeneration five years earlier! But it's useless if you're already wounded, what a disappointing Quirk.
Giran was captured and is being interrogated by ReDestro. His lines insulting ReDestro's approach in Chapter 219 has been translated into a much tamer version of the original Japanese line.
